There is no greater boon than yoga to increase the strength of the body and peace of mind. On Wednesday (June 21) on the occasion of International Yoga Day, Yoga Day programs were organized around the world.
On the occasion of Yoga Day, National President of Pooja Ratna Charitable Trust, Dr. Bipin Payal, organized this ceremony under the leadership of Dr. Savita on the last day of the 8-day yoga camp at Government Inter College, Sahaswan, Badaun, UP. A large number of participants practiced yoga in this function.

Ustrasana
- To practice Ustrasana, stand on your knees on the yoga mat.
- Now while breathing slowly, bend backwards. After this, try to keep the right palm on the right heel and the left palm on the left heel.
- After staying in this position for at least one or two minutes, slowly come back to the normal position and rest for a few minutes.
Halasana
- For Halasana, first lie flat on the back on the yoga mat.
- While inhaling, raise the legs up to 90 degrees and then while exhaling, slowly move the legs from above the head to the back.
- During this, remove the hands from the waist and keep them straight on the ground. After this, slowly come back to the normal position while breathing.
Dhanurasana
- For Dhanurasana, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat.
- Now bend both your knees towards your back and hold the toes with your hands.
- After this, while breathing, pull the feet with your hands, so that the body will automatically rise up.
- Stay in this position as per your capacity, then slowly come down while exhaling.
Trikonasana
- For this, first stand straight on the yoga mat.
- Now make as much gap between the two legs as there is in the photo. Spread both the hands in line with the shoulders.
- While exhaling, bend the toes of the left leg to the left and try to touch the toes while bringing the left hand down. The other hand will remain upwards.
- After remaining in this position for two to three minutes, come back slowly and then repeat it from the other side.
Bhujangasana
- For Bhujangasana, lie on your stomach on a yoga mat with your hands beside your shoulders.
- Now try to raise your body by giving pressure with your hands. While inhaling, raise the body up and hold the breath for as long as you can, then come down while exhaling.
- This yoga asana will help in improving your skin.
